NOTICE: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They are legally binding. By accessing or using this website and/or any program, product, software, or service provided by FreedomOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer (collectively, the “Agreement”).

1. COMPANY INFORMATION

FreedomOps (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional automation and AI-related consulting services.The term “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity engaging our services.

FreedomOps provides consulting, system design, AI workflow architecture, automation implementation, integrations, configuration, advisory services, and related professional services (“Services”).

5. FEES AND PAYMENT

Fees are defined in the applicable proposal.

If payment is not received, FreedomOps may pause or terminate work without liability.

6. REFUND POLICY

Project-Based Services
Payments for consulting, system design, implementation, configuration, and related professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Work is considered commenced upon initiation of discovery, architecture planning, system setup, or technical implementation.

Retainers
For ongoing retainers, fees are non-refundable for the billing period in which Services are delivered. Future billing cycles may be canceled with written notice prior to renewal.Any exception must be agreed to in writing before engagement.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

FreedomOps retains ownership of:

Client Deliverables
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables created specifically for the Client’s internal business purposes.FreedomOps retains the right to reuse general knowledge, skills, and non-confidential techniques developed during the engagement.Unless explicitly agreed in writing, transfer of source code ownership is not included.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed during the engagement.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

9. NO WARRANTIES

All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreedomOps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

FreedomOps does not guarantee:

Automation and AI systems are tools. Outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
FreedomOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to FreedomOps in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Services may involve integration with third-party platforms or tools.
FreedomOps is not responsible for:

Either party may terminate Services according to the terms specified in the applicable proposal.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith discussion.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English under commercially reasonable arbitration procedures agreed upon by the parties.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any accepted proposal or agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior understandings.
