About Me

My Story

I grew up in Japan and spent the first part of my career in sales and trading at an investment bank. It paid well, but it wasn’t what I wanted to build my life around.

So I left and tried building businesses. Ecommerce, dropshipping, creative projects. I jumped between ideas and worked as a contractor at a few startups along the way. None of it panned out the way I hoped. I learned a lot, but I didn't have a clear edge in any of them, and eventually each one ran its course.

Then I joined an AI automation firm. Not as an engineer, I didn't have that background. But I started picking up the tools: n8n for workflow automation, Claude Code for building with AI. For the first time, the gap between "I have an idea" and "I built the thing" started shrinking fast. I realized the tools had changed enough that someone like me, no CS degree, no engineering background, could actually build real, working systems and products. We're living in the best time in history to build things from scratch. I plan to make the most of it and share everything along the way.

What FreedomOps Is

FreedomOps is where I document the whole process. The workflows I build, the tools I'm learning, the business ideas I'm testing, and the honest lessons behind all of it, including the parts that don’t work. If you're a non-technical person who's been watching the AI wave and wondering whether you could actually build something with it, this is for you. No hype, no guru energy. Just a real person figuring it out and sharing what works.
